A dutch university has done research about the influence of different coloured lighting in class rooms. Using different coloured lighting in class rooms resulted in higher concentration levels, more energy, happier children and better results. can have on concentration levels, energy levels and behaviour in classrooms.
Just being indoors, in a class room or office, can be very tiring and it is more difficult to read. Just take a book with you outside your classroom or office and read it. The full spectrum light makes it quite easy to read. Take the same book indoors and sit under artificial light or 1.5 meter away from the window. It is more difficult to read the same page.
We need light, and best, full spectrum light.

This light has different switches, one for concentration, one for rest, one for energy. The teachers and children love working with this light and also the parents are noticing improvement in behavior of the children.
